1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by post or by email.

You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Unless we explicitly agree otherwise, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return policy for many products for 30 days from the date of delivery. This voluntary policy does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights, including your statutory right of withdrawal or warranty rights.

To qualify for a return under the voluntary return policy, products should be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in new or unused condition with their original packaging and accessories.

If a return does not qualify under the voluntary return policy, your statutory rights, if applicable, remain unaffected.

5. Items Excluded from the Statutory Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by law, including in particular:

goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery; and
other cases in which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable law.

Use of a product beyond what is necessary to test its nature, characteristics, and functioning does not remove the withdrawal right as such, but may reduce the refund if the goods have diminished in value.

6. Return Shipping Costs Under the Voluntary Return Policy

Germany: We offer free returns for eligible items returned within the 30-day voluntary return period. If your return qualifies, we will provide a prepaid return label together with return instructions.

Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and other countries: Unless the item is defective or faulty, return shipping costs under the voluntary return policy are borne by the customer. Please contact our support team for return instructions before sending the goods back.

7. Oversized Items

Special conditions may apply to items classified as oversized.

For returns under the voluntary return policy, a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price may be charged for oversized items to reflect increased shipping and handling costs.
Return shipping costs for oversized items under the voluntary return policy are borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.
These special conditions do not apply where the item is defective or where mandatory statutory rights provide otherwise.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.

Prompt notification helps us process your request quickly, but it does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

9. Refund Method and Timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For statutory withdrawals, the refund timing is governed by the rules set out in Section 2 above.

For returns under the voluntary return policy, refunds are generally processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days after receipt of the return for processing.
