Plant description

Raw air dust extractor as a stationary extraction device, universally applicable for plastic, metal, glass, Styrofoam, paper, wood* and similar. Compiled in modular design as an overpressure filter with a fan arranged on the raw air side in coordinated designs. The particularly robust construction made of durable quality components is made as an all-metal housing made of galvanized sheet steel. Largely pre-assembled elements with included filter bag, chip collection bin, support feet and mounted switch guarantee short assembly times.

* In the wood industry, use in the work area is not permitted in Germany, Austria and Switzerland according to DIN EN 16770!

Functionality:

The air containing dust and chips is extracted from the dust source via the standardized connecting piece and blown into the filter part. The particles are separated from the air flow. The separated material is stored in the plastic collection bag.
