User Rights
Right of Withdrawal
If the user is a consumer, the user may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts in accordance with applicable law.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date provided by law, and the user may withdraw without stating any reason.

Voluntary Return Policy
If the Provider offers a voluntary return policy beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, this applies in addition to the statutory rights of consumers and does not limit them.
Where offered, users may return goods within 30 days of receipt. The Provider bears the cost of return shipping, and refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
No restocking fees are charged for returns made in accordance with the applicable return policy.
Liability and Indemnification
The Provider is liable only in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

These GTC are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the user is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
Consumer Dispute Resolution
The Provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
